The company needs a course on communication; it takes ages for someone to answer you, and then they keep asking the same questions. I am still waiting for the enquiry regarding the studio catalogue.

Parcel that was delivered wet tatty missing items

My parcel was in a shocking state. I spent a lot of money, but it arrived wet through, ripped to bits, with a big hole in the side of the box.
Items were missing. I was so shocked; everything just fell on the floor outside. The delivery person could not apologise more.
There are 3 pairs of pajamas missing, Barbie items I ordered, and a music game that is not there. Everything I did get, I've had to try to dry off, but it’s a mess to give as a Christmas box.
